Con Statute

1. Registration and entry into the con is equal with the acceptance of this Statue and the order regulations. This Statue shall be enforced by the Organizers, Security, Gophers and all the employees of the buildings, which host Tricon 2010.
2. All the participants are required to behave in a proper manner, maintain neatness and submit to the orders of the Organizers immediately. Any reservations may be placed with the Con’s coordinators – their decision is final.
3. The Organizer reserves the right to demand leaving the con’s premises with no right to return or to make claims for refund and shall be entitled to apply any means in order to enforce this decision.
4. The Con’s participants are required to leave the premises of the Faculty of Ethnology and Education Sciences UŚ by 8 p.m.
5. Holders of one-day membership are obliged to leave the premises of the Faculty of Ethnology and Education Sciences UŚ by 8 p.m. at the given day.
6. Identification badge authorises the participants to attend the program items. All participants of the Convention are required to wear their identification badges visibly at all times. If the badge is lost or misplaced, the Registration Desk shall be notified in order to issue a replacement badge. Replacement cost is 20 PLN.
7. Underage participants are obliged to arrive at the con in the company of an adult, who was authorised to take care of the participant by the legal curator of the person during the Con.
8. Tricon Co-ordinators shall not be held responsible for lost, misplaced or otherwise unattended property.
9. It is strictly forbidden to carry dangerous and/or hazardous objects, such as explosives or toxic materials. Weapons or weapon replicas may only be carried into the Con’s premises for presentation or program item purposes, with a prior consent of the Organizers. ASG weapons may be carried into the Con’s premises only with the magazine empty.
10. It is strictly forbidden to use any narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances within the premises of the Faculty of Ethnology and Education Sciences UŚ. Drinking alcohol is also forbidden. Smoking in the building premises is permitted only in the designated areas.
11. All people under the influence of alcohol or other psychotropic substances will be removed from the premises with no right to return or to make claims for refund.
12. Financial responsibility for damage to the property, Organizers or other participants shall be bestowed on offenders. The offenders shall be identified and civil or criminal responsibility shall be enforced.
13. Organizers may not participate in the competitions and tournaments held during the Convention.
14. Persons holding program items are required to notify the Organizers in advance as regards the required technical equipment. It is forbidden to change the fittings or the decor of the rooms, in particular removing anything from these rooms without the assistance of the order services, on your own, without prior consent of the Organizers.
15. There shall be a few rooms with limited access, marked accordingly (e.g. organizers’ room, press room). The participants are obliged to respect these limitations.
16. Hanging posters, leaflets and announcements shall be permitted only on the designated boards. All the posters, leaflets and announcements located in other places will be removed. In the event damage is discovered as a result of such activity, civil or criminal responsibility shall be applied.
17. It is forbidden to increase the fire risk, in particular: to use open fire, carry flammable materials (including gas cylinders), remove or block the fire-extinguishing equipment or hydrants.
18. It is forbidden to conduct any commercial activity beyond the one agreed with the Organizers.
19. It is forbidden to copy copyrighted multi-media on the premises of the Con. By signing the List of Participants all persons agree to comply with the following Rules and Regulations.
