Polish Garrison (501st Legion) confirmed its participation in Tricon 2010.
The Polish Garrison is a part of the 501st Legion combine over 4000
Star Wars fans from all over the world.
The main goal is to take part in events dedicated to Star Wars and
promotion of the professional costumes from worlds under Imperial
influences in Star Wars Saga.

We also offer floor for sleep:
- on Polish side in Szkolne Schronisko Młodzieżowe (ul. Błogocka
24) for 7 PLN per night,
- on Czech side in school for 6 PLN per night.
The accomodation on Polish side provides bed, but you can’t stay there during the day (it’s for sleeping only), whereas on Czech side you’ll be sleeping in classrooms in a secondary school where the games room will be located.
The Radio Katowice station has taken a patronage over Tricon 2010.

Odyssey 2010, the British National Convention, is 2010’s ESFS Euroconference, while Tricon 2010 is Eurocon.
Odyssey 2010 should see about 1,500 fans, sf writers, editors and other attend. There will be 5 parallel programme streams, an art exhibition, a dealers hall and four bars.
